Thank you for purchasing from Ghana Travel Guide.
Digital products
Our products are digital products supplied electronically. No physical product will be shipped.
Where you choose to receive your digital product immediately, you will be asked to expressly consent to the supply beginning before the end of the applicable cancellation period and to acknowledge that, once supply of the digital content begins, you will lose your statutory right to cancel on the basis of a change of mind.
Accordingly, once access to or delivery of the digital product has begun following that consent and acknowledgement, we do not normally offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind, no longer want the product, or have decided not to use it.
Problems with your download
If you do not receive your download, cannot access the file, or believe the file is corrupted or defective, please contact us. We will first try to resolve the problem by restoring access, providing a replacement download or otherwise correcting the issue where appropriate.
Duplicate or incorrect purchases
If you believe you have accidentally been charged more than once for the same product, please contact us with your order details. We will investigate genuine duplicate transactions and provide an appropriate remedy where necessary.
Faulty or misdescribed digital content
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights. If digital content is faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality, or otherwise fails to meet rights that apply to your purchase, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law.
