Digital Delivery Policy

Digital products only

Ghana Travel Guide currently sells digital products supplied electronically. No physical product will be shipped and no shipping charges apply unless a product is expressly described otherwise.

How your purchase is delivered

After successful payment, your digital product will normally be made available electronically, for example through a download link, order confirmation page or email sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please make sure that the email address you provide is correct. If you are expecting an email and cannot see it, please also check your spam or junk folder.

Problems accessing your download

If you do not receive your digital product or experience difficulty accessing or downloading it, please contact us using the contact details provided on our website. Please include your name and order number so that we can investigate the issue.

Where appropriate, we will help restore access or provide a replacement download.

No physical delivery

Because our current products are delivered digitally, you will not receive a parcel and no physical delivery times apply.
