1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply when you use the Ghana Travel Guide website or purchase a digital product from us.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before completing your purchase.
Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
2. Our digital products
Ghana Travel Guide provides digital travel content, including downloadable guides and related digital products.
Digital products are supplied electronically. No physical copy will be shipped unless a product is expressly described as a physical product.
We aim to describe our products accurately and provide clear information about what is included before you purchase.
3. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Prices displayed at checkout are the prices applicable to your order, subject to any taxes or other charges that must lawfully be applied and shown to you.
An order is accepted when we confirm it or otherwise make the purchased digital product available to you.
If an obvious pricing, technical or listing error affects an order, we may contact you to correct the issue. Where appropriate, we may cancel the affected order and provide a refund.
4. Digital delivery
Purchased digital products will normally be made available electronically after successful payment, for example through a download link, order confirmation page or email.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for ensuring that your device and software are reasonably capable of accessing the file format described for the product.
If you do not receive or cannot access your digital product, please contact us so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, restore access or provide a replacement download.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Digital products may be supplied immediately after purchase.
Where applicable law gives you a cancellation period, and you ask us to begin supplying digital content during that period, you may be required to give your express consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that your cancellation right will be lost once supply begins.
Refunds and remedies are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights where digital content is faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality or otherwise does not meet applicable legal requirements.
6. Personal-use licence
When you purchase a Ghana Travel Guide digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use that product for your own personal use.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property in the product to you.
Unless we have given you prior written permission, you must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, distribute, share, sell, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the product, in whole or in substantial part.
You must not make the purchased file available to other people through file-sharing services, websites, social media, email distribution or any other method of unauthorised distribution.

Unless otherwise stated, the text, original written content, branding, layout and other materials created for Ghana Travel Guide are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and remain the property of their respective rights holders.
